factory. DETs selected, need to undergo a training of 2 years as per the company rules.After the successful completion of Traininghe/she will be absorbed as Jr. Engineer.

The CTC of DETs will be as under:

During 1st Year (DET-1)     INR 1.85 Lacsl Annum

During 2 Year (DET-2)        INR. 2.28 Lacs/ Annum

After 2 Years (Jr. Engineer):       INR- 2.85 Lacsl Annumn
