Purpose of the Job:
|
|
Trainee Operator
This position is needed to ensure the Trainee learns
the production processes, comply with all safety
requirements, along with best in class quality.
|

Reporting:

The position reports to Production Supervisors
|
|
Responsibilities:
|
|
Training will be Provided to Learn
the Production Process & Safety.
Awareness of Critical 6 Program
Knotting of Bobbin
Thread Filling
Bobbing filling in Shuttle
Job Change & Threading Operation
SOP of Loom Operation
To run the process as per Manufacturing Record
and as per instruction of shift executive.
Preparation of next shift requirement in advance.
In case of any abnormality in process or in plant,
immediate intimate to executive or manager for
rectification as early as possible.
To operate the equipment’s as per
respective standard operating procedure.
To ensure that preventive maintenance
of respective equipment done as per schedule.
Maintain housekeeping of production area.
Write the status on equipment status board.
Perform cleaning of equipment’s as per SOP
