Qualification

ITI/DIPLOMA in MECHANICAL with more than 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance activities.

Minimum experience :

5+ Years’ experience in mechanical maintenance activities, Experience in marine environment is preferable.

Job Profile

1. Good Knowledge in reading Manual and Drawings GA, Isometric, P&ID.2. Good Knowledge to make spare parts list.3. Knowledge in replacement of seals in triple offset valves.4. Good Knowledge in overhauling centrifugal, Screw, pneumatic pumps, Valves, Hatch Doors, Compressors, Hinge pins, Pulleys, winches, PSV, TSV etc.5. good knowledge in pump and motor shaft alignment.6. troubleshooting of all rotary and stationary equipment’s.7. Report making and daily report.8. Safety to work inside oil terminal.9. Reading measuring instruments.10. Mechanical tools handling11. Oil and Gas basic safety requirements.13. Knowledge in filter changing, oil replacement, cleaning mechanical components.16. Working : 10 hours a day & 6 days a week.
