•Floating RFQ to suppliers for new parts.•Cost comparison after getting Quotations from suppliers.•Cost negotiation & Finalization with vendors.•Preparation of cost sheet & get it approved from management.• P.R to P.O Process in SAP.• Audit documentation.• Raw material & indirect procurement.•Cost finalization.•IATF/ EHS Audits documentation.•Evaluation of Vendor's performance.•Inventory Control.•5S & Kaizen activities.• Co-ordination between Purchase & other Deptt.
