Position Shift IN charge-Operation

Job Description

1. Responsible for Plant Operation through DCS.2. To look after the Plant running with optimumlevel along with reducing trend of delay.3. Safety of men & Machines.4. Implementation of ISO: 9001, 14001, OHSAS18001 and TPM in his area.5. To coordinate with internal supplier as well ascustomer, i.e.; RMHS and Blast Furnace.6. Proper manpower planning in shift7. To Handle the Shift efficiently in terms of 100%availability of Equipment's for Production.8. To coordinate with other interacting departments9. Adhere to Preventive maintenance of theEquipment's.10. To look after the inspection & preventivemaintenance of the plant, to minimize the delays.
