Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from  any recognized Govt. Institute or ITI from any govt institute.

Work Experience:

2-3 yrs. for Diploma holder and 4-6 yrs. for ITI candidates  - related experience in any reputed manufacturing industries ( like Chemical/ Process/ Ceramic) is essential.

Skills:

Ability to communicate with others in English and Bengali both in speaking and writing and to transmit information in a clear and effective manner.Computer literacy and specific knowledge of software for data analysis and process documentation.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for specific operational and functional duties and projects as assigned and need to be executed successfully.Direct responsibility for monitoring, analyzing the operations and providing regular qualitative and quantitative performance/production reports and updates on current production to the manager and to relevant Company executives.Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance.
