| Job Description: |
| The air conditioning technicians must have knowledge of installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of AC unitsKnowledge to ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.Knowledge to perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.Knowledge to diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.Knowledge to make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.Knowledge of installing new air-conditioning systems and equipment.Knowledge to make plans of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.· Knowledge of AC troubleshooting and maintenance in Villas and Restaurants· Should have a HVAC or equivalent qualification including experience of AC servicing, installation +repair + maintenancein a Facilities Management company |

| · Skills of basic electrical and plumbing work· An excellent understanding of customer service. |
