5 years of Experience in handling service complaints  with min 3 years in solar Products

Skills :-

Experience of handling service of Solar Products namely, Modules/Inverters/Batteries /knowledge of solar system.

Salary Budget: upto 5 Lpa

Responsibilities:

1. Committed to Customer Service2. Telephonic support to customer/channel partners.3. To solve problem in creative and effective manner of solar product sites and closer of product service complaint. Responsible for provide service report after closer of site complaints & spare management, timely sending reimbursement bill, maintain given TAT and provide service on expectation level of the customer4. Able to Travel Anywhere in India as per service requirement
