Job Responsibilities

 Reporting to production line leader on time (before 5 min start of shift) Keep cleaned work area Startup check perform as per check sheet (Train new operators once self get trained) Ensure safety at work area Offer the part for first off check Recording the production hourly Qty in production report Follow the line leader instructions Producing the good quality of part as per cycle time (SOS& amp; JES) NC parts handling as per company norms Ensuring 100% PPE adherence, LOTO and Safety procedures on line. Active participation in Improvement Projects, suggestion, Kaizen. Participate in Continual Improvement activities.4 (Quality Circle) Get skillset of one station operation, complete line operation (All stations), Basic trouble shooting like, Robot stuck up,Wire drum change, perishable tool change, Basic PLC trouble shooting, Basic mechanical trouble shooting. Follow CLRI as per line / cell procedure. Support To line leader to achieve KPI’s Like OEE Improvement Zero Accidents/ Incidents. Scrap / Rework % reduction.  Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction. Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact. Able to work flexible hours (Shift working).
