Eligibility criteria

• Candidates from Polytechnics whose accreditation is Excellent or Very Good Only. • Passing Full time MSBTE Diploma in the year 2021. • Candidates eligible only if minimum 60% (aggregate) in Diploma & SSC. • Candidates who have joined diploma post HSC for them their HSC % also needs to be taken into consideration. The minimum should be 55% in HSC. Required Branches: Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics  & Telecommunication, Mechatronics Note  • Two ATKT - one time only in whole of diploma course / No year down/ Failure. • Candidate should Not have signed ‘Apprenticeship Contract’ with any other company.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly stipend: Rs.12000 /- • Snacks and Lunch• Transport facility • Personal Protective Equipment (Safety shoes, safety helmet etc.) Uniform • 1-year Training, training would start from date of joining • Working Hours: General Shift (08:30 am – 05:00 pm), First Shift (06:30 am-03:00 pm) and Second Shift (03:00pm-11:30pm) •Accommodation will not be provided by the Company • After completion of training, we are not assuring any employment in TATA Motors to these candidates, however we may provide them contractual employment as per vacancies.
