| Note |
👉Suitable candidates will be given training in train operations (Outside Mumbai) and during training period Stipend will be paid (Rs. 15000 with ESIC cover) and Training will be of 4 to 5 months. Statutory deductions applicable for the ESIC will be done from the stipend amount.
👉Up on passing Competency examination after training , candidates will be inducted for Employment with take home salary of Rs 16500 to Rs 17000 duly complying with all the Government Statutory regulations and the Maharashtra State Wages ACT .
👉Since candidate will be given extensive training and after passing the competency exam, will be inducted to the Company, Candidate will have to sign an employment bond for a period of 5 years with the Company and during their service with the Company will have to hand over all their original educational certificates to the Company.
👉Candidate should not have any health complications & should have normal Eyesight and should not be wearing spectacles.
👉If you are working in any organization, for being relieved from the organization, Notice period should not be more than 15 Days.
