FinancialCost ControlTo assist in keeping control on maintenance cost.Customer Oriented Third Party managementTo assist in developing spares parts from outside vendors to reduce maintenance costs.To assist in finalizing AMC with outside vendors for DG sets & boilers.People Oriented Man ManagementTo guide & give proper instructions to workers working & safety measures. Internal Business Process Preventive/Routine breakdown maintenanceTo give technical support to shift technician during breakdown.To undertake detailed study of shift breakdowns.To do planning for reducing the breakdowns.To record observation and apply preventive maintenance according to ISO norms.To check for spares availability to met any breakdown in shift.To do the Indenting for new and regular spares.HT/LT/PLC Control Panel To control and monitor entire power system of the plant.To look after HT distribution and control.To look after LT distribution and control by PCCDG Set & Compressor maintenanceTo manage DG set control up to 1250 KVA.To after Maintenance and Operation of compressors.
