Role and Responsibility

1. Achieve the production target mentioned in the production plan. 2. Manage a team of 5-6 laborers, and allocate work to laborers as per their skills & ability. 3. Operate and maintain the machine independently, do machine troubleshooting, and take timely action for minimizing breaks down during operation. 4. Deliver the pouches with sealing quality up to specified standards, and closely monitor the text & barcode printed on the pouch. Reporting to the Production Supervisor
