Roles and Responsibilities

1.Tooling Maintenance -Tooling Maintenance as per Maintenance plan 2.Tooling Validations & tooling downtime control. -Daily Tooling Down time Monitoring & Improvements -Tooling MTTR MTBF Monitoring -SOP Tooling Validations. 3.Process Improvements -Action compliance to reduce the rejection & reworks related to Mfg. engneering in order to reduce the % of rejection & Rework Level. -Close the 4 M Points related Mfg. Engg. To improve the Designed Process. 4.Cost Saving through EBIDTA Projects -Execution of VAVE trails and projects in line with Cost saving plans in order to save process and or material cost. -Local tooling proving on CTTR machine for EBITDA.
