Associate - Fitter
👉 Carried out and execution of PM as per pm check list👉 Instrument handling like Dial gauge, vernier caliper , Hydraulic Jack, Height gauge filler gauge to do analysis of reading or data👉 Skill fault finding and solving problem in Spot welding, Robot ,Hydraulic, Seam welding ,Co2 welding machine👉 Skill fault finding and solving problem in Isgec Mechanical press machine (110T/200T/500T /800T )👉 Trouble shooting in Mechanical breakdowns👉 Able to read and fill the documents of IATF requirements👉 Responsible to reduce breakdown and work in shift👉 Attend the breakdown in Utility area like Compressor, DG , EOT crane , fork lift and water pumps👉 Read the mechanical drawing and fault analysis in Machine👉 Working on Height and adhere safety rule while working in shop floor
