CNC Milling / Machining on CNC Machines with SIEMENS & Heidenhain ControllersPrecision machining of components and sub- assemblies of close tolerancesKnowledge of drawing reading ,cutting tools and parametersMaintaining data sheets for cycle time
analysis and cycle time reduction.Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvementPreparing of in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM ChartsAwareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSETPM and HousekeepingEmployee will value the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information and are determined to ensure that the right information is accessed by right individuals.Employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information. |
