Annual CTC: Rupees 1,00,000 to 5,00,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

Receiving of Raw materials from RM store and storage of Materials at RM Day store.Transfer of Raw materials to manufacturing area from RM Day store and receiving of Propylene glycol from liquid transfer area and transfer of filled storage vessel to Quarantine area.Operation and cleaning of Equipment and change parts of manufacturing area.Proper handling of rejections generated during manufacturing.To ensure cleaning and sanitization of processing area, non processing area and drain points.Checking of IPQC parameters like dissolved oxygen content, P" etc.Handling and timely removal of scrap from the area.Preparation of disinfectant solution CIP solution and Teepol solution.Maintaining all the label related to cleaning, calibration, verification, preventive maintenance, safety etc.Execute the procedure used for preventive maintenance of equipment and fumigation of processing and non processing area.Operation and cleaning of Dynamic Pass Box.To perform fumigation activity as per schedule.Assist Engineering persons during preventive maintenance and break down maintenance.Adhere to all cGMP, SOPs and quality requirements.To ensure timely start of manufacturing activities.To ensure timely completion of cleaning activities.To report the Designee whenever any discrepancy observed in the area.Beside the above activities to perform all other activities assigned by reporting senior.
