| Roles and Responsibilities |
| 1. Visual inspection of tyres.2. Classification of tyres as ok/ repairable defect / Not repairable defect as per standard3. Defect data recording and feedback on time for corrective action4. Bay inspection/Ensuring defect free tyre5. Maintaining of records/documents.6. Hand over of correct tyres in correct nos in SKU wise to FGS and preparation required documents.7. Apply of Bar code labels.8. Supply of Defect free products to customer9. Tyre sizes, marking on tyres , defect category of tyre and impact of defects on tyre performance. |
