| Roles and Responsibilities |
The roles include taking care of all the operations of the firm.
Check and fill machine checklists.
Can operate CNC machines and heat treatment furnaces.
Can check the hardness of heat-treated material on Rockwell Hardness Tester.
Housekeeping of machines and shopfloor.
Create job cards of materials received and enter them in registers.
Proper storage of material.
Basic repairs in the department.
Team Handling Experience with a team of a minimum of 15 people and good communication skills. Worker management to get maximum output in minimum time.
Coordination with stores to ensure stock replenishment is happening on time and per set norms.Must be able to read and understand drawings and identify the customer requirements.
Must be able to work on the computer (emails, excel, word, PowerPoint)Proven track record in operations management and managing through rapid changes in technology, processes, and team tasks, with a focus on customer service.
Drives a culture of compliance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
He will be passionate about the work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities.

| Note |
Should have basic computer knowledge.
The age of the candidate is no problem but should be fit to do all types of shop floor work.
Can work long shift of 12-13 hours all days.
Should be always ready to work with your own hands-on machine for production, maintenance work, and any kind of work on the shop floor. |
