| Stipend amount during training & Benefits |
1. Student Trainee will get a stipend of Rs.11000/- per month depending on theirattendance of the respective month.
Benefits 1. Monthly attendance reward (Paid every month): Rs.600/- (If leave is nil during the month)
2. Semester attendance reward (Paid every sixmonth) : Rs.1800/-(If total leave is 3 or less than 3 in six month)
3. Course completion reward (Paid after 2 years): Rs.7200/- (If total leave is 24 or less than 24in 2 years)
Insurance Students will be covered under medical insurance ofRs. 50,000/-. Apart from this the students will alsohave a Personal Accident cover of Rs. 12, 00,000/-.
Is Food included The students will be provided with Breakfast,Lunch/Dinner and two cups of tea during their OJTshift. Food during the shift is provided at a subsidizedcost.Breakfast Cost per day : Rs. 8.50/-Lunch/Dinner Cost per day : Rs. 17.65/-Tea and Snacks Cost day : Rs. 7.50/-The cost to the student is approximately Rs. 875/- permonth
Dress codeStudents need to be necessarily in uniform during theircourse hours. SMG provides PPEs as per thedepartment requirement.
Boarding / Lodging Hostel (dormitory) facility is provided to all thestudents within the proximity of the factory.Per month hostel charges of around Rs. 1000/-.
Transportation The Hostels are located nearby factory location.
Although a walkable distance but public conveyance isalso available in the area.
Alternatively, SMG has identified vendor for providingbicycles on rent.
The monthly rental of the bicycle isRs. 250 per month. Security deposit of Rs.1000 ischarged in two monthly instalments of Rs.500 each.On returning the bicycle to the vendor, security depositof Rs.1000 is returned to the trainee.

| Training Description |
After completion of 2-year training, depending on theperformance, maintaining a minimum 95% attendance during the period, recommendation of the department and based on business requirements these trainees are eligible for Fixed Term Contractual (FTC) employment for 7-month duration.
Successful completion of the NCVT examination is also required for joining as FTC.
On successful completion of training and NCVTexamination Student Trainee will get National TradeCertificate (NTC) from NCVT.
