The objective of the program

The main objective of this training is skill building through on-the-job training at the designated industry, conducted as per NTTF’s LEARN AND EARN training model, conducted at our partner industry to enable the students acquire the industry employable skills.  The program’s unique feature is 80% practical & 20% theory.  First one month will be Induction classes to make the students ‘industry-ready’ & from 2nd month onwards theory & on-the-job training at Tata Motors.
