| Roles and Responsibilities |
Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and planned shutdown maintenance activitiesSpares planning and evaluating of technical suitability of the materials.Carry out daily checklists /Preventive & condition monitoring of equipments as per scheduleMaintenance of material handling system equipment viz, Conveyors, Screens, Weigh feeders, Cranes etc.Analyzing the problems and take suitable action to correct the situations.Maintenance of filtration and co-ordination with other departmentsJob allotment to maintenance technicians and giving guidance and supervisionsReporting maintenance works details to higher officialsTake care of Safety and Housekeeping of all areas / equipment.ISO documentationTraining to peers, subordinates and contractors covering topics (Work Instructions/ Cost Awareness/ Technical)
Manpower Utilization (performance monitoring/ training/ Waste disposal in designated area)Any other job assignment from time to time.
