| Roles and Responsibilities |
1) Knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical systems viz. distribution systems & maintenance.
2) Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
3) Consulting with General /Production managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks, Implementation of production planning & controlling.
4) Rectify the Fault its root cause for non-recurrence & preventive maintenance of all machines along with a Checklist for each Equipment.
5) Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
6) Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
7) Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
8) Sourcing replacement parts.
9) Negotiating with suppliers and clients.
10) Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
11) Fabricating any components required.
12) Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective data within MS Excel |
