Qualification

Diploma / ITI candidates (2018/ 19/ 21 & 22 pass-outs) from Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile/ Metallurgy/ Tool & Die Making/ Electrical & E&TC   - Shouldn't have any active backlogs - Shouldnt have enrolled for any other education course  - Should be ready for immediate joining

Experience

Fresher or candidates with experience up to Max. 2 years in the manufacturing industry are preferred.

Age Limit:  18 years to 28 Years || Gender: Male & Female Both Can Apply

Salary & Benefits

First-year Rs.13500/- per month  inclusive of ESI, PF, Legal Bonus  & Attendance Allowance Second-year Rs.14500/- per month inclusive of ESI, PF, Legal Bonus & Attendance Allowance Third-year Rs.15500/- per month  inclusive of ESI, PF, Legal Bonus  & Attendance Allowance Other Benefits Uniforms, Leaves, and Public Holidays  will be given as per company policy.  The canteen facility is provided as per company norms.  Transport will be provided by the  company in Mahindra SEZ Plant Only.  Training Period Up to 3 years  (evaluation will be done on annual basis,  depending on performance and evaluation, the training period can be extended to the next year
