Job description |
Fresh incumbents will be on in-house training for 7-10 days at their respective locations and will run in Field after successful training completion. There will be an ongoing training program schedule for these fresh incumbents, every two months there will be a refresher program to upgrade their skills, and knowledge and to improve productivity.
Brief of the Role: Initial Two Months
Job Purpose: For the promotion of the Tractor Spare parts business in Agricultural dominant areas/rural areas. Roles and Responsibilities: Generating leads by visiting Markets. Marketing & Sales of Tractor Spares Parts in assigned territory. Sales promotion- Conducting demonstration, customer meetings, Nukkad meet, Canopy, Mechanic meet, and other promotional activity to support the business. Identification of Sub dealers in rural areas dominant in an agricultural background Customer engagement: Engaging mechanics/farmers/ retailers through programs such as weekly or monthly meets for better engagement and to generate interest. The overall goal of this position is to travel in the assigned territory in support of our selling efforts.
After completion of two-three months
Marketing Skills: demand generation by creating product awareness via product promotionManaging daily field visits/Market Visits and Travel plans in assigned areas.Planning& execution of sales promotion plan & activities.Conducting detailed market interrogations, understanding customers' counters, and tracking potential customers/dealer points.Feedback Collection on LIS existing product range, Competitor information, pricing, and product potential of LIS product range.Feedback Collection from the market and customers to further develop the New LIS product range. Behavioral skillsDecent communication skills consisting of Local language skillsDesire to learn new technical skills. Presentation and product demonstration skills.Ambitious/go-getter |
