Available Positions:

Post Name: Civil Engineer  Qualification:  Full-time Diploma Engineer  Experience: 2 to 6 years experience in building construction using mechanized construction techniques. Should have a track record of strong execution capabilities in high-rise towers. Preferred: hands-on experience in (a) concreting, formworks, reinforcement (b) finishing, and interior works (c) planning/scheduling.

Post Name: Formwork Engineer Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Engineering  Experience 2 to 6 Years. Having experience in the use of System Formwork such as Wall Formwork, Climbing Formworks, Modular Formwork, Automatic Climbing Formwork for high-rise buildings, Aluminum formwork, Tunnel Formwork, Slip Form, and other advanced formwork systems.

Post Name: Formwork Foremen Qualification: ITI  Experience: 5 to 10 years. ITI-qualified candidates having experience in the execution of formwork systems: System formwork for walls, columns, slabs Aluminum formwork, or Slip form for cement plants.

Post Name: Safety (EHS) Engineer Qualification: Full-time Diploma Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with a Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH IGC from approved institutes, Experience: 2 to 6 years.  experienced in building construction and handling EHS Management functions in construction projects.

Post Name:  QA/ QC Engineer (Civil) Qualification: Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: 2-6 Years.  Having in-depth experience in QA in building construction projects. Expertise in developing contract-specific quality plans, implementing through training and inspection of permanent works, verification/inspection/testing of incoming materials as per quality plan, relevant standards, setting up and monitoring QC lab at site, performing internal audits as per ISO 9001.

Post Name: Plant & Machinery Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile):  Qualification: Full-time diploma Engineer or ITI  Experience: 2 to 6 years. Maintenance Foreman in installation, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment like heavy-duty tower cranes with the latest computerized technology

Post Name: Finishing Engineer- Qualification:  Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: 2-6 Years. Having in-depth field expertise in micro detailing of finishes / interior fit-outs for buildings, architectural solutions

Post Name: MEP Engineer: Qualification:  Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Experience:  2 to 6 Years of experience in execution/project management  of MEP works like Air Conditioning, Electrical,  and Fire Protection for buildings. The candidate shall be conversant with international codes & standards.

Post Name:  Workmen Mobilization Expert: Qualification:  Any graduate and preferably an MBA in IR Experience: 20 + years experience in workmen mobilization in Construction industries especially in Residential and commercial, having the capacity to mobilize more than 10K workmen through subcontractors for CSR work.
