Department: Production- OSD Post Name: Officer/ Assistant Manager: Qualification: B. Pharm /M. Pharm  Experience: 2 - 12 years of experience in the Tablet/ Capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Inspection. Responsible for planning for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, and auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities. ------------------------ Department: Production- OSD Post Name: Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant Qualification: ITI / Diploma  Experience:3 - 8 years of experience in operating machines  like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection. Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instrument / auxiliary items.--------------------------

Department: Packing  Post Name: Technical Assistant (Operator)  Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / D.Pharma  Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Primary operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech) .  Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment. Monitor equipment performances and breakdown, maintain yield and productivity as per process instruction. Receive, arrange, store and maintain the material movement of Packaging material.----------------- Department: Packing  Post Name: Officer to Senior Executive Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharma  Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in handling Primary Packing activities. Perform packing line clearance, supervise operation for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech), cleaning of equipment/instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as Visual Inspection. Handling of qualification activities. Initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). Prepare SOPs and GMP documents.
