For Diploma – Rs.13,000/- P.M. in Hand, duty-8 hrs.
For ITI – Rs.12,000/- P.M. in Hand, duty-8 hrs.
For 10th & 12th – Rs.11,500/- P.M. in Hand, duty-8 hrs.
Overtime:- Single OT ( 3.5 hrs. per day, compulsory )
Punctuality Award:- As per Company Policy. to zero Leaves- 700/-Rs.
Facility -
Canteen - Lunch or Dinner in duty hours + 2 Tea - Both Costs will be borne by the company, with a deduction from the Apprentices.
Insurance Cover - Provided by the Company, the Extended Benefit of ESIC - Both parts will be borne by the company, with no Deduction from Apprentices.
