Qualification

Diploma - Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial & Production Engineering, EEE, ECEORITI - Welder Trade Only Year of Completion: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 (Only all clear Candidates are eligible)

Role Category:

Temporary (1 to 2 years). Offer will be released for one year and will be extended for 2nd year based on your performance. Permanency will be decided only after two years based on the performance and business need.

Salary & Benefits

1st Year - 2.55 Lacs CTC + 50,000 Site Allowance per annum 2nd Year - 2.85 Lacs CTC + 50,000 Site All•wance per annum Other Benefits:-6 Lacs Medical Insurance & additional ESI Coverage. -Two-time free food will be provided in all the shifts. -Free Company transport will be pr•vided in all the shifts. -Free Accommodation will be provided by the company only for the first two weeks from the date of joining. Working days: 5 days in a week, 2 shifts, 9 work hours.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on Technical Interview & HR  interview after successful completion of 45 days  on-the-job training through APSSDC. During this training period, the Company will provide  free accommodation, food & transport. No stipend during the 45-day OJT period.
