Job Description :

Must have experience on Iron/Aluminum casting machining.Effective use of Man, Machine and Material to improve productivity.Should be able to handle 20-CNC, 25-VMC & 2-HMC machine.To achieve daily production Target with Quality.Overseeing Production related tasks including planning, procurement, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.Rejection analysis & Action plan.Continuous Improvement in OEE.Daily data entry/data update in SAP.Good Knowledge about process & programming on CNC, VMC & HMC machines.Give Technical guidance to individual operator and special instruction if any.Continuous improvement in Cutting tool consumption.Improve 5s, safety and kaizen culture.To follow TPM & JH activity effectively with desired shop floor discipline.
