Kindly find below the job description for your reference,

1. Familiar with reactor maintenance and associated  equipment's such as valves, pumps,scrubbers, heat exchangers,actuators and electropneumatic systems. 2. Handle breakdown of equipment like centrifugal  blowers, pumps,screw pumps, Gear Box .  Alignment of blower and pump is mandatory.  3. Belt, bearing replacement. , seal replacement. basic lubrication systems such as Oiling, greasing  as per Equpment manufactures specification.  Able to identify the Oil and Grease Grade for  Proper application. 4. Carry out preventive maintenance of agitators,  Rotex pneumatic control valve,diaphragm pump. 5.Familiar with in maintenance of Screw feeders  and powder conveying System.  6. Having Experience of Pneumatic System -  Like Repairing Of Cylinder's and Replacement Work. 7. Having Experience in Trouble shooting of Hoist / Crane.
