Positions 1. OSS Engineer (Onsite Service Engineer) 2. Design - Mold 3. Design - SPM 4. Electrical Design Engineer  5. Control Engineer (PLC/Vision/Robotics) 6. CNC/ VMC - Milling Operator/Setter 7. CNC/Turning and Turnmill Setter 8. CNC Wire & Spark EDM Setter cum Operator 9. CNC Cylindrical Grinding Setter cum Operator Qualification:  BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics and Instrumentation. Experience: 2-7 Years, preferably Aerospace/ Precision machining/Prior experience in CNC Setting background CNC/VMC-Milling Operator / Setter:Experience in CNC/VMC & HMC milling operating in 3,4 and 5axis machines.Setting and Process/part prove out on 3,4 and 5axis machines.Analytical and trouble shooting.Basic programming knowledge on Fanuc/Siemens and Okuma controls.Knowledge in Selection of cutting tools and cutting parameters for Aerospace materialsStrong knowledge in GD&T, drawing interpretation, and inspection measuring techniques. CNC - Turning and Turnmill Setter:Knowledge in CNC Turning/Turn Mill operating, setting, and troubleshootingBasic programming knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls.Knowledge in part prove out on turning machineStrong knowledge of GD&T, drawing interpretation, and inspection measuring techniques.Expertise in selecting cutting tools and parameters for aerospace materials. CNC Wire & Spark EDM Setter cum Operator:Good hands-on experience in Setting, troubleshoot in line, and Meeting targets on a dailybasis as per plan. Good knowledge about setting and operating procedures in WIRE & SPARK EDM.Good knowledge in Programming and Parameter selections.Knowledge in GD&T, drawing reading, inspection and Aerospace standards.CNC Cylindrical Grinding Setter cum Operator:Good hands-on experience in Setting, troubleshoot in line, and Meeting targets on a daily basis as per plan.Good knowledge in setting, operating procedure, and grinding wheel selection based onmaterial composition in cylindrical grinding.• Good knowledge in Programming and Parameter selections.• Knowledge in GD&T, drawing reading, inspection, and Aerospace standards. Mould Design Engineer | Experience:  3-6 yrs• Mold design knowledge with Creo EMX or Solid Works, VISI is preferable (any version)Making of 2D and 3D Models.Knowledge in GD& T, DCN, ECN & DFMMold making, mold flow simulationA minimum of 1.5 years to 3 years of experience in Plastic mold design with CREO or any other software will also be consideredReading and understanding engineering drawing SPM & Mechanical Design Engineer: Experience:  3-6 yrs• Experience in designing special-purpose machinesStrong knowledge in 3D modeling, Drafting with Solid works & Knowledge in GD&T & FMEAExperience in designing special gauges and machining fixtures (Inspection gauges and hydraulic fixtures) SPM & Electrical Design Engineer: Experience:  3-6 yrs• Proficiency in using CAD software for electrical drafting - AutoCAD & EPlan • Knowledge in electrical symbols, Component selections, codes & standards with electrical design principles & systems.Experience in drafting for power distribution, control panels & writing diagrams Control Engineer (PLC/Vision/Robotics): Experience 3-10 Years• Knowledge in PLC programming language and softwareEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience in 2D and 3D vision systemsKnowledge in lighting and optics concepts, machine vision, and Softwaredevelopment using Vision Pro and C#.Design, develop, and implement robotic automation solutionsProgram and integrate robots with various systems and devices• Experience with robotic systems and sensors Electrical Design Engineer  Experience 3-10 YearsProficiency in using CAD software for electrical drafting - AutoCAD, & Eplan - MustStrong understanding in electrical symbols, Component selections, codes, and standards with electrical design principles and systemsExperience in drafting for power distribution,control panels, and wiring diagrams OSS Engineer (OnSite Service Engineer)  Experience 3-10 YearsKnowledge in manufacturing 2D and 3D drawings, Pneumatics and hydraulics, QC Tools, GD&T, and SPM machine assemblyKnowledge in Machine Assembly, Testing, and TroubleshootingKnowledge in the understanding of electrical drawingsExperience in machine routing, cable laying, panel and field wiring, and machine installationsKnowledge in handling PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo Drives
