Qualification

12th Pass/ ITI / diploma required; vocational training preferred.

Experience

Freshers Most welcome and up to 4 years of experience CNC VMC operations; G-code & Programming Setter knowledge preferredSkills: Ability to read technical drawings, use precision tools, and maintain high production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC VMC machines based on technical drawings.Load materials, input programs, and adjust settings for optimal production.Install and calibrate tooling and fixtures for each job.Inspect parts using precision instruments to maintain tight tolerances.Adjust programs as needed and troubleshoot performance issues. Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.
