12th Pass (Passed out in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)  OR ITI / Diploma (Trade: Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Electrical, Electronics, ENTC) – (Passed out in 2022, 2023, 2024)  *Academic Requirements:*- 10th/12th: Minimum 40% and above- ITI/Diploma: Minimum 40% and above- Candidates from NATS-certified colleges are eligible with 45% and above- Important: No active ATKT/backlogs at the time of joining. Final year students must have their passing certificates.

Experience: Freshers And Experienced Both

- Gender: Male & Female both eligible-- Physical Requirement:    - Age: 18 to 25 years    - Male: Minimum Height 158 cm | Minimum Weight 45 kg    - Female: Minimum Height 153 cm | Minimum Weight 40 kg

Salary & Benefits

- For 12th Pass:  - 1st Year: ₹13,000/- per month  - 2nd Year: ₹14,000/- per month  - 3rd Year: ₹15,000/- per month - For ITI / Diploma Holders:  - 1st Year: ₹16,000/- per month  - 2nd Year: ₹17,000/- per month  - 3rd Year: ₹18,000/- per month---*Facilities:*- Bus & Canteen Facility at highly subsidized rates- Uniform provided by the company- Accommodation support available
