Sr. No. Position Qualification Experience 1 Senior Construction Manager (JOB CODE: 14-BLCM2025) - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Master’s in Construction Management (preferred) 10+ years in High-Rise Building Works and Infrastructure Projects 2 Purchase Officer (JOB CODE: 15-BLPO2025) - Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Commerce, or related field - Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (advantage) 5+ years in procurement of construction materials 3 Quantity Surveyor, Contracts & Billing Engineer (JOB CODE: 16-BLQS2025) - Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering - Certification in Quantity Surveying (advantage) 8+ years in contracts, estimation, billing, and subcontractor coordination 4 Accounts Executive (JOB CODE: 17-BLAC2025) Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, BBA in Finance) 8+ years in managing financial and accounting operations in construction 5 Junior/Senior Engineer (JOB CODE: 19-BLSE2025) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in high-rise building construction site operations 6 Supervisor (JOB CODE: 21-BLSS2025) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 7+ years managing on-site construction activities 7 Store In Charge (JOB CODE: 22-BLST2025) Diploma or Graduate in any discipline (preferably Civil) 7+ years managing materials and inventory at construction sites or warehouses
