Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18 to 26 years at the time of joining
• Educational Qualification: 10th (minimum 40% marks) + ITI (minimum 50% marks)
• ITI Pass-out Years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 final year batch
• Medical: Physically fit candidates only (No colorblindness, No physical deformity, Normal BMI)

Salary and Benefits

• FTC: ₹25,300/- CTC per month + Statutory Bonus (12-month contract)
• Apprenticeship Stipend: ₹18,300/- per month (12 months)
• Subsidized food and hostel facility, uniform, PPEs, and safety shoes provided
• Leaves and holidays as per company policy
