• Qualification: ITI – Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
• Experience: 3 to 8 years
• Job Description:
  • Aircraft assembly operations: drilling, reaming, riveting, fasteners installation
  • Reading engineering drawings, using hand tools and cutting tools
  • Assembly process of aircraft fasteners, aerodynamics, basic aircraft structures

CNC Machine Operators

• Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Job Description:
  • Operate 3, 4, 5, 7 axis CNC machines (Mazak, WFL, Starrag, Doosan, etc.)
  • Mill-Turns with Siemens and Mazatrol controllers

CMM / Manual Inspector

• Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Job Description:
  • Proficient in CMM (Zeiss Calypso / Hexagon PC-DMIS), reading engineering drawings
  • CMM operations, conventional instrument handling, GD&T, NC management
