Eligible trades include Automobile, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Science. • Passout Year: 2024, 2025

• Institutes: All India Government & Private Polytechnic Diploma holders can apply

Salary Package

• For Freshers:
• 1st Year - Diploma Trainee: Rs. 17,650 stipend + Rs. 2,300 Attendance Award
• 2nd Year: Rs. 22,340 CTC, Rs. 20,600 In-hand + Rs. 2,300 Attendance Award
• 3rd Year: Junior Engineer - Salary as per performance
• For 1 Year Experienced Candidates:
• Supervisor/Jr Engineer: Rs. 24,830 CTC, Rs. 22,360 In-hand + Rs. 2,300 Attendance Award (on 25 days working)
• Annual increment based on best salary hike, up to 20-25% based on previous salary

Job Details

• Working Days: 25 days with rotational shifts (A/B/C), general shift for females
• Yearly Leaves: 32 days (SL-7, CL-7, EL-18)
• Facilities: Subsidized canteen (lunch, tea, snacks), uniform, safety shoes, ESIC, PF, 3 months accommodation (after self-arrangement period)
