Qualifications Required
- ITI (All Trades: Electrician, Fitter, Tuner, MMV, Diesel Mechanic, Electronics, Machinist, Welder, RAC, and other technical trades)
- Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Chemical)
- BA, BCom, BSc
Stipend for Apprenticeship Trainee (NAPS)
- ITI/BA/BCom: ₹17,085 per month (₹14,000 + ₹585 + ₹1,000 + ₹1,500)
- Diploma/BSc: ₹18,005 per month (₹15,000 + ₹585 + ₹1,000 + ₹1,500)
Additional Benefits
- Attendance Incentive: ₹1,000 per month
- Food Subsidy: ₹585 per month
- Govt DBT: ₹1,500 per month (For apprentices only)
- Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹1 lakh
- Free Canteen (one meal per day, ₹45 per meal)

- Overtime available as required (double pay for overtime hours)
- Leave: 18 days annually
- Annual increment (after one year, up to ₹2,800 based on performance)
