Satpuda College of Engineering, Polytechnic & ITI is organizing an open campus placement drive for leading companies Tata Motors and Tata Electronics on 25th October 2025 (Saturday, 9:00 AM onwards). Eligible male and female candidates from all states can participate in this golden employment opportunity.
Tata Motors Recruitment – Sanand & Pune Plants
- Age Limit: 18 - 23 years (Male/Female)
- Eligibility: 12th Pass OR ITI Passed (Two-year trade only)
- Position: Apprenticeship / Trainee (Earn & Learn Program)
- Salary / Stipend: 14,649/- + 2,500/- monthly attendance + monthly retention bonus (Total: 17,149/- per month)
- Duty: 8-hour shifts
- Facilities: PPE, canteen, transport, food, uniform, insurance, leave, and more
This is an earn and learn program. Candidates can get a poly-diploma after 2-3 years from a reputed university/institute and get placement assistance for higher posts after completion.
Tata Electronics Recruitment – Hosur Plant (Near Bangalore)
- Location: Hosur (30 km from Bangalore)
- Eligibility: 10th or 12th or ITI or Diploma or BA, B.Com, B.Sc (Any subject/trade/branch/stream)
- Position: Technician (Only females, Age 18-34 years)
- Salary: 19,128/- CTC (14,200/- in-hand)
- Duty: 8-hour shifts
- Facilities: Free food, 3 times meals, free girls' hostel, transportation, PF, ESI, uniform, shoes, etc.
