Salary and Benefits

• Stipend: Rs. 14,000 per month
• Attendance Award: Rs. 800
• Kaizen Award: Rs. 250
• Retention Bonus: Rs. 833
• Total Monthly Salary: Rs. 15,883
• Total Monthly CTC: Rs. 20,150 to Rs. 20,900 approx

Extra Benefits: Company Uniform, Canteen Facility, Transport Facility, Insurance, and WC Policy.

Retention Bonus: Rs. 5,000 after 90 and 180 working days.
