Eligibility Criteria

• Age between 18 and 26 years at the time of joining
• Must have passed 10th and ITI with at least 40% marks in 10th and 50% in ITI final year
• Only students who have passed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible
• Eligible trades: Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Welder, Tractor Mechanic, Painter, Machinist, Sheet Metal Worker, Instrument Mechanic, Tool & Die Maker, MMV, R&AC, and similar trades

Salary and Benefits

• FTC Salary: Rs 25,300 per month (CTC)
• Apprentice Stipend: Rs 19,500 per month
• Standard employment after 12 months, based on performance
• Additional benefits: Canteen facility, transport, ESI, PF, PPE, and uniforms provided by the company
