Position Details

• Job Role: FTC (Fixed Term Contract) & Apprentice
• Department: Production / Manufacturing / Operations
• Work Location: Hansalpur Plant, Gujarat

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification:
  • 40% marks in SSC (10th Standard)
  • 50% marks in ITI
• Eligible ITI Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Turner, Motor Mechanic Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic, Painter General, Tractor Mechanic, Machinist, Plastic Processor, COPA, COE (Automobile), Tool & Die Maker, Sheet Metal, Wireman, Electro-mechanic, Auto Electrician, Mechanic Auto Electronics, Mechanic Automobile, Mechanic Auto Electric & Electronics
• Year of Passing: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 (Both SCVT and NCVT pass-outs)
• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years at the time of joining
• Gender: Male candidates only
• Accepted Institutes: Government & Private ITI pass-outs eligible

Salary & Benefits

• FTC (Fixed Term Contract): ₹25,300/- per month (CTC)
• Apprentice: ₹19,500/- per month (CTC)
• Additional Benefits:

  • Dormitory accommodation facility at subsidized cost (₹1000/month)
  • Leaves as per company policy

• Online Assessment – Technical, Aptitude & Behavioural
• Personal Interview – HR & Technical

• 10th & ITI marks sheets and certificates (photocopies)
• Aadhar Card
• 5 passport size colour photos
