Salary & Benefits

• Total Gross Salary: ₹18,252 per month
• Take Home Salary: ₹15,900 per month
• Overtime Rate: ₹166 per hour
• Variable Pay Yearly: ₹5,500
• Leave Encashment: ₹15,787 per year
• Yearly Holiday: 110 days
• Night Shift Allowance Per Shift: ₹100
• Diwali Cash Gift Yearly: ₹2,700
• Yearly Bonus: ₹14,920
• Employee Deductions: PF, ESIC, Canteen, Insurance

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
