Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18 to 26 years at the time of joining
• Passing Year: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 pass outs
• Education: Minimum 40% marks in 10th, minimum 50% marks in ITI
• No color blindness or any major physical deformity; BMI should not be high

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed-term Contract: ₹25,300 per month + Statutory Bonus (1 Year Job)
• Apprenticeship Stipend: ₹19,500 per month (for eligible candidates)
