• Qualification: ITI - Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
• Experience: 3 to 8 years
• Key Skills:
  • Aircraft assembly operations (drilling, reaming, riveting, fasteners installation)
  • Reading engineering drawings, hand tools & cutting tools
  • Assembly process of aircraft fasteners, aerodynamics & aircraft structures

Assembly Supervisor Jobs

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech.
• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Job Profile:
  • Manage shift-wise production, optimize manpower
  • Ensure daily plan adherence as per IMS (plan vs actual)
  • Implement lean practices (TPM, 5S, GEMBA)
  • Maintain compliance with QMS and AS9100 quality systems

Documents Required for Walk-In

• Updated resume with photograph
• Highest qualification certificate & marksheet
• Previous experience certificates
• Current company joining letter
• Last 3 months pay slips and current CTC breakup
