Key Job Responsibilities & Skills Required

1. Production (Injectables Focus)

Candidates should have experience in:

• Complex Injectables and Batch Manufacturing.
• Filling area, Leak Test, and Skid Operations.
• Handling Isolators (VHP Based) and Vial Washing.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

2. Quality Control (QC)

Expertise required in:

• Operating analytical instruments: HPLC, GC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, LC-MS/HRMS.
• Experience with Auto Titrator, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, and Zetasizer.
• Exposure to GLP, LIMS, and QMS protocols.

3. Engineering & Maintenance

• Plant Maintenance & Utility management.
• Roles available for Electricians, Wiremen, Fitters, and Instrument Mechanics.
• Opportunities for Instrumentation, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers.

4. Packing & Warehouse

• Packing: Knowledge of labeling machines, Track and Trace systems, and Visual Inspection (VI).
• Warehouse: Managing RM/PM/FG dispensing, Receipt and storage of raw materials, SAP exposure, and Regulatory Audits.
