Walk-In Interview Date, Time and Venue

• Walk-In Date: 07/12/2025 (Sunday) – as per the official advertisement for Athal Plant recruitment. 
• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM; candidates are advised to reach early for registration and document verification.

Available Departments and Designations

The walk-in interview covers multiple positions in Quality Control, Production and Packing at the Athal formulation unit.

1. Quality Control (QC)

• Location: Athal – Silvassa formulation unit. 
• Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer / Jr. Officer / Technician. 
• Qualification: M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Pharm,Diploma, ITI, HSC or SSC as per role and experience. Experience: 1 to 7 years in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory, preferably OSD formulations. 
• Job Profile: Handling HPLC, GC, dissolution, UV, IR and other analytical instruments, working on Empower or similar software, performing testing, maintaining data integrity and following cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

2. Production Department

• Designation: Supervisor / Technician for manufacturing of tablets and capsules. 
• Qualification: B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, HSC or SSC with relevant shop floor experience. 
• Experience: 1 to 7 years in OSD production with exposure to granulation, compression, coating and capsule filling. 
• Job Profile: Operating and supervising compression, granulation and coating equipment while adhering to batch records, safety and GMP norms. 

3. Packing Department

• Designation: Supervisor / Technician for packing operations.
• Qualification: B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, HSC or SSC depending on role. 
• Experience: 1 to 7 years in tablet and capsule packing in a regulated pharma plant. 
• Job Profile: Operating and supervising CAM, IMA, blister, cartoner and related packing machines, maintaining online documentation and QMS for the packing department. 

Eligibility Criteria and Important Notes

• Candidates must have experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing; experience mainly in syrups, injectables or soft gelatin may not be considered for these roles. 
• M.Sc candidates may be considered only for relevant QC or department positions as mentioned in the official advertisement. 
• Candidates who have attended an interview at Ipca Athal Plant in the last six months are generally requested not to reappear, as per past notifications. 
• Willingness to work in shifts and in a regulated plant environment that follows international regulatory standards is essential.

• Updated resume with detailed experience, current CTC and contact details. 
• Passport size photograph.
• Photocopies and originals of 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Graduation and Post-Graduation mark sheets and certificates.
• All previous employment documents including appointment letters, experience letters and latest three months’ salary slips.
• Any relevant certificates for trainings in GMP, safety or instrument handling.
