• Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, Arts Graduates, Science Graduates, Diploma Holders, BE/B.Tech

Role & Responsibilities of an Operator

Selected candidates will work primarily on the assembly line, contributing to the manufacturing process of critical automotive components. Key job details include:

• Working in the Assembly line for the production of **Wiring Harness**, Wiring Control Panels, Racks, Looming, and Harness building.
• Ability to understand and read basic engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in using essential tools like Crimp Tools, Wire Strippers, etc., in the assembly process.

Salary Structure and Benefits

All selected candidates will be on the Layam Group Payroll. The salary is structured as follows:

Salary for Arts/Science/General Graduates/ITI/Diploma/BE/B.Tech:

• Monthly CTC: Rs. 16,790/-
• Monthly Take Home Salary: Rs. 14,250/-

Salary for 12th Pass/10th Pass:

• Monthly CTC: Rs. 15,700/-
• Monthly Take Home Salary: Rs. 12,950/-

Attendance Award (Immediate Benefit)

An attractive attendance award is provided based on monthly attendance:

Duty & Overtime Details

• Duty Hour: 8 hours in shift (A/B/C)

Accommodation and Facilities

• Accommodation Assistance: Layam Group will assist candidates in finding shared Room/PG accommodation. Candidates are required to pay a monthly rent advance of Rs. 1,200/- to Rs. 1,500/-.
• Food: Food arrangement outside the plant will be available on cash payment. Canteen facility is available only during duty hours inside the plant.
• Note: Candidates must arrange and bring necessary daily-use accessories. Advanced rent per month is the candidate's responsibility.
