1. Stipend for Freshers (DET Role - Diploma Engineer Trainee)

• During 1st year (DET): INR 21,500 monthly CTC.
• Breakdown: Rs. 18,500/- In-hand salary + Rs. 5,000 (after every 3 months).

2. Salary for 1 Year Experience (Asst. Engineer)

• Asst. Engineer: INR 26,123 monthly CTC.
• Breakdown: Rs. 24,320/- In-hand salary + Rs. 8,000 (after every 3 months).
